Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the order of your goods. Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
To return merchandise for a refund, please send by registered mail to: Ritmo Bcn, 361 Old South Head Road North Bondi, NSW, 2026.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please allow 7 days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
We will happily exchange items within 30 days of purchase free of charge. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your exchange.
